The company is the General Packaging Industry that responds to all kinds of needs related to packaging.
Since they brought the first corrugated board into Japanese market in 1909, the company has been serving society, continually adapting to the times to deliver the very best packaging solutions to customers and enhance the value of their products.
Corrugated board primarily utilizes recovered papers which is recyclable, reproducible and environmentally friendly as its raw material.

Through the integrated production system from the paperboard to the corrugated board, from the manufacturing processes to the final products, the company is working to minimize environmental impact - including reducing CO2 emissions- and utilize resources efficiently.

Biodegradable materials

Cellulose bead Viscopearl™, which uses wood pulp as the raw material, are biodegradable materials representative of Rengo. Demonstrating excellent biodegradability in seawater, which has fewer microorganisms than in soil, they have acquired OK biodegradable MARINE certification, which is an international certification for marine biodegradability.
